The Beachfront Seapoint development will feature apartments and penthouses in a variety of floor plans. Inside each unit will be a laundry room, modern appliances and a kitchenette. Apartments with 3 or more bedrooms will have a separate room for housekeeping staff.

Beachfront Seapoint is two towers of luxury apartments located on the man-made island of Emaar Beachfront in Dubai. The distance to the Sheikh Zayed Road exit is 3 km, providing easy access to anywhere in the city.
