Dubai's major property developers such as Emaar continue to aggressively develop the property market. Emaar plans to release 31 more new projects. We share the key projects expected in the coming months:
Emaar's major projects until the end of 2024:
12 new developments in Dubai Hills, Creek Harbour and Mina Rashid will hit the market in autumn. A new line of townhouses at The Heights will also be launched, which has previously caused a stir when the first batch was sold out on launch day.
September will see the launch of The Oasis community mansions, which will be larger than the villas in terms of space and number of rooms.
In October, Emaar will unveil a long-awaited project at Dubai Marina, where there have been no new properties for several years.
In November, sales are expected to start at Expo City, where only EXPO has built before. The same month will see the launch of The Grand Polo, a healthy lifestyle-orientated community with villas and townhouses.
Clusters with residences at Emaar South and The Valley will open before the end of the year.
These projects from one of Dubai's premier developers promise to be the most significant offerings in the property market in the near future.
