- Umm Suqeim Road (D63) East-West/West
- Sheikh Mohammed Ben Zayed Road (E 311) South / Northeast
- Dubai Al Ain Road (E66) East / Northeast

There is no direct road from Dubai to Mohammed bin Rashid City, you can only take the 84 Kuoz bus station, Al Khail Gate 1 and then take a taxi to MBR City. The journey takes about an hour and costs an average of $8-$11. You can also take a taxi only, which cuts the journey time almost in half and costs around $13-15.
