Overall, for this year at this time, the interest of Russian citizens in buying apartments and cottages in the region has increased by 59.99% compared to the same period last year, 2022. If compared with 2021, the positive dynamics is 514.38%, that is, more than 6 times.
Most of the attention of Russian investors pay to such residential complexes as Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Bluewaters, located on the beach. At some sites apartments sold out in a matter of hours.
According to experts, in 2023, the decline in demand for real estate in Dubai is not expected. Attention of the Russians to the purchase of square meters in the UAE will remain at the current level or increase by 10-15%. This is a consequence of the launch of new projects planned for release in the near future.
