According to DXB data, rents for apartments of all types in one of Dubai's neighbourhoods have risen by 16% over the past year. Between 2023 and 2024, rents for one-bedroom flats and studios in this location rose most significantly, by 11.4 per cent and 8.6 per cent respectively. The smallest increase was for three-bedroom residences - only 3%.
